In 2018, I hit a breaking point. Shouldering immense responsibility for a critical initiative at work, I felt the weight of expectations crushing me. It felt like a make-or-break moment, a test of my worth. Overwhelmed and struggling to cope, I found myself in my manager's office where the pressure unleashed in a pool of tears. I was unable to put up the front any longer. I didn’t even recognize the person I had become. I was unable to think clearly, I avoided social interactions, and I often searched for solace in isolation. The journey towards my well-being followed with therapy, medication, and reflection, all were important and brought relief, but I craved more than just getting by.
The turning point came when I stumbled upon a podcast on anxiety by The Life Coach School. It was a revelation. I realized that my thoughts were at the crux of it all. I immersed myself into learning more about how I was creating my own stress and started taking concrete steps to change. I started exercising and took time off to recalibrate. Returning with newfound clarity and resilience, I not only thrived but excelled, leading workshops with confidence and gaining more and more recognition at work. I delved into the world of coaching to further hone tools to master my thoughts, challenge negativity, and embrace possibility. My experience of dismantling old programming and conditioning, drives my passion to guide other women on their transformative journey, ensuring they find lasting empowerment and peace. Now I am here to help you experience it for yourself!
